On Saturday, October 8, after the all-night vigil, on the day of remembrance of St. Sergius of Radonezh, “Abbot of the Russian Land” and miracle worker of all Russia, the servant of God Rostislav appeared before the Lord. A few hours later, at the Russian St. Panteleimon Monastery on Mount Athos, before Sunday Liturgy, Father Seraphim Gan, rector of St. Seraphim Church in Sea Cliff, where Rostislav Vladimirovich was a parishioner, performed his first commemoration as a deceased person at the proskomedia.
